Purchase was an easy process and quick. Alex was very knowledgeable and went over the functions of the the bike. I would absolutely buy another bike from them.

Service manager and two service technicians were so awesome! Helped me diagnose a major issue with my new 1300GS while I was traveling. Being from out of town, they still treated me nice and hussled to find the problem. Thanks guys!!!

Super easy to work with, great deal on a bike, and they worked with me on adding gear and ordering a new windshield with no hassle. I knew what I wanted and was in and out in no time flat! Bonus treat, I ran into the previous owner of the bike who took really good care of it! I’ve heard a tale.. chances are, if you see a used bike here with fairly low mileage, it gets sold back to the shop even shinier than it left… but that’s just a folk tale! …. Right?

Edit: stop complaining about people not jumping to help you. Motorcycle dealers are supposed to be no-hassle. If you need help, ask someone. Bunch of Karens out there I swear
Edit: just a little over a week into riding, after getting my motorcycle endorsement - the bike is running great, but I do have one issue that I’m going to take away from the score. I did make it very clear that I was brand new and knew nothing about motorcycles and helmets, and Parts assured me that the helmet I got fit correctly. I took their word for it, but less than a week in, and it’s already way too loose, and the forehead area presses against my head in a very uncomfortable way. I wish that more care was taken to find the right fitment for me, instead of pushing for me to buy a $400 helmet that doesn’t fit. I have since had to buy another helmet, and this one is essentially useless.
